Taylor is awesome and at the end of the CMA Awards, Brad Paisley was talking about how Taylor Swift is doing excellent and stuff like that and then Carrie Underwood interrupted him and she said weren't we awesome? She gets on my nerves. Carrie is hideous and I hated her performance. She is so nasty! Do you think that Carrie is jealous of Taylor Swift?

I like Taylor more than Carrie, but first of all Carrie is NOT hideous, in fact, she's very pretty :P And I think maybe she's a little jealous, but she's still nice, both of them are extremely talented nd nice :)
回复删除Carrie has 11 number 1 songs,ACM entertainer of the year and will be around a lot longer than Taylor can dream of.I also think she is respected a lot more for her music than TS is (well, by people over the age of 16 that is) I hardly think she's jealous.
回复删除No. The banter at the CMAs was SO good it had to be scripted in advance, so I doubt Carrie's comments weren't planned out long before anyone knew who the winners were.Carrie being pretty successful herself (Loads of hits in the US plus winning American Idol) means I doubt she's jealous of anyone, honestly. She has no real cause to be. If anything, she has plenty of reason to understand and support Taylor (And vice versa) as both seem to be the big hate figures for many 'traditional' Country fans.If Carrie's star was fading, I could see it. But it's not. Her star burns as brightly as ever - it's just that Taylor's is brighter right now.
回复删除First of all, that was hardly an interruption. Carrie was referring to hers and Brad Paisley's hosting and it was most likely planned. Also they are both incredible singers, song writers, performers etc. As far as Carrie being jealous.. There is just no way. I know for a fact they're friends and would both be very congratulatory towards each other.
回复删除I like both of them, but as far as live entertainers go, Carrie Underwood wins my vote!!!!Taylor Swifts RECORDED songs are catchy and upbeat, also tweens and teens can relate to them which is why she's so popular. The only issue with Swift is that she lacks the ability to perform at live shows and concerts. WELL..... she performs, but her performances aren't good. Her "dancing" is lacking and her voice is all over the place. Carrie Underwood is a very talented young woman, she makes songs that not only the younger generations can relate to but also the older generations. Not to mention that they are also catchy and who wouldn't want to smash a cheaters truck to pieces? Live, she is able to keep the audience engaged and entertained and does a flawless performance. I don't think that Carrie Underwood is hideous. . I think that she is a very beautiful young lady with tons of talent and drive. So is Carrie jealous of Taylor? Maybe......why?. . who knows?.....all I know. . . is that if Carrie is jealous of Taylor....she shouldn't be
回复删除I don't think the interruption was intentional, and if it was, it was a childish thing to do, but everyone makes mistakes. Remember when Carrie first won a vocalist of the year, back in 2006, and Faith Hill did her face where everyone thought she was mad? It's not a big deal. Faith called Carrie and apologized, and hopefully carrie did the same thing.As for Carrie being "hideous", i completely disagree. In fact, I thought Carrie deserved that female vocalist award. Carrie is an outstanding performer...she has an amazing voice, and she can cut both classic country songs and pop--ish songs at ease. She's also managed to stay private. I'm not a big fan of Taylor naming people in her songs.
