Why do my parents think I'm too young to go to a Taylor Swift concert?
I'll be 16 really soon and I've never done anything that would would make them not trust anymore so what's wrong with a 16 year old going to a Taylor Swift concert?

You should ask your parents that question. If you go in a group then there should be no problem.

My first concert was a Taylor Swift concert. She is a great role model so I don't understand why your parents won't let you go unless their overprotective or something.

If you're going with someone or other people I don't see the problem (seeing as it's Taylor Swift). However if you're thinking about going alone, I may have to agree with your 'rents on this one.

  7. I can't imagine why your parents might think you're too young to go to any concert when you're whining about it on Yahoo (and to your friends) instead of having an actual, grown up conversation with them regarding it. Mysteries...It's all about communication, relationships, and trust, my friend.

  8. Best Answer - Chosen by Voters always respect your parents' decision. they know what's best for you as an individual.sometimes they make mistakes, but they are doin the best they can overall.if you really want to make an argument for going, research taylor swift through her website, find out what goes on at her shows, get some opinions from people who have been, etc. try to get them some good information. maybe they could go with you.i took my 17 y/o daughter to a taylor swift concert and it was amazingly good. she is a youngster herself, and her music is for teenagers in opinion.honor your mother and father.
