I heard that Taylor Swift put videos of her singing on YouTube and became famous through that. Was that just a rumor? Was there another singer that got famous by posting videos on the internet?

no thats not true she had a development contract but they werent gonna give her a deal and she was contacted by big machine records who were going to give her a deal once they opened up so she signed with them..she used myspace a lot but thats not what mad her famous.Marie Digby Savannah Outen are youtube singers that got famous
