curl your hair in layers and curl the hairs that frame your face to the outside then curl the rest in differnt directions and put sum mousse r gel in it 2 make it hold
A perm? If you have a good curling iron or curlers if you don't use paper towels go search paper bag curls on youtube you'll see it it wont be exactly the same but it'll have the same look.
oooh i know this ok when you get out of the shower towel dry it and then get piece by pies and spiril is on your own and pin in up do alot of these all over you r head and then hairspray it with a flexible hairspray and blowdry it and that works for me good luck :]
3 barrel wave curler.It like crimps your hair, it isn't curly like taylor swift (you'd have to use small hot rollers, keep them in over night, all that jazz and if you have a lot of hair, or short hair (I'd say if your hair is anywhere above 1/4th of the way down your back you will look like a poodle) ) it gives the same effect, and a lot more easier... my personal favourite tool to use for this is:http://www.beautychoice.com/products/Gol…it gives a nice wave effect, with the effect of curly hair. Part it like in between the iris of one of your eyes, or the outer cornor of one of your eyes. Part your hair there.edit: a curling iron wont do you justice because her hair is naturally like that
you need to use an enzo milano curler.it doesnt have a lip, therefore you can start your curls at the top.it was expensive but it was so worth it.you can also look on youtube but taylor swift even said her self in a magazine that you need to start your curls from the top so dont get a curler that has a lip.
