How long would it take to have long curly hair like Taylor Swift's?

How long would it take to have long curly hair like Taylor Swift's?
My hair is somewhere between curly and straight. It's not very long though, it goes to my shoulders when it's straight. I know hair only grows 6 inches a year about, but how long would it take to get as long as taylor swift's + the curlyness. (i was going to get a perm)

    Probably a couple years. And don't perm it, it ruins your hair.

    Since her hair is really curly, it's even longer than it looks. It would probably take you at least a year.

    it will probably take about 2 years but i warn u BE CAREFUL WHEN U GET UR PERMif u get it to curly it will look owkward
